Teaming Opportunities

Murray Guard is a strong supporter of the Federal Government's various initiatives to promote the success and growth of small businesses. In addition to subcontracting a significant portion of its federally-based security guard services to small businesses - the percentage of which is well above the Federal Government's own socio-economic goals - Murray Guard also actively seeks teaming opportunities with small businesses.

Based upon the Federal Government's applicable small business set-aside designation for a particular procurement (service disable-veteran owned HUBZone, SBD), Murray Guard will team with qualilfied small businesses to generate proposals. Because of the depth of its expertise, established infrastructure and vetted personnel, during the acquisition process, Murray Guard can coordinate efforts with small businesses to generate a quality bid package.

Upon contract award to the teamed small business, in addition to staffing some portion of the security guard workforce as a first-tier subcontractor, Murray Giard manages all aspects of the transition process; a vital and expensive undertaking.

Expressly owing to the skill sets and infrastructure offered by Murray Guard, by teaming with Murray Guard - small business partners have the ability to engage as a prime contractor on larger and/or more complex procurements that it might otherwise forefo.

• Teams with small businesses to solicit government-issued RFPs (requests for proposals) earmarked to assist with their security needs
